Brief:
Train the Coca-Cola China system to create “Perfect Serve” sampling experiences for brand Coca-Cola as they distributed 100million samples in 1 year.
Result:
A strategic, customized training manual defining the “Perfect Serve” was created. It included instruction, event examples, analysis tools, and a series of two-day intensive “Train-the-Trainer” sessions for system employees and agencies from five Asian countries. This highly successful program culminated in participants executing a “Perfect Serve” sampling event.
