Andi is responsible for managing the financial, administrative, and human resources for ignition as well as the other many diverse business entities of its founders. Through her leadership, ignition’s back-of-the-house services are the cornerstone for the company’s financial success. Andi’s team gives ignition’s clients the assurance that their financial resources are being managed with the utmost care and efficiency while ignition’s employees know, too, that her team is looking out for their goodwill in their business lives.

Prior to joining ignition, Andi was Director of Human Resources and Institutional Planning/Research at East Central Technical College where she managed human resources activities and maintained every aspect of accreditation with the Council on Occupational Education. She also coordinated all areas of the Department of Technical and Adult Education’s Performance Accountability System. In addition, Andi spent several years teaching Accounting and other business-related courses at ECTC. Andi has an accounting degree from Auburn University and earned an MBA with an emphasis on International Business.
