Susan Driscoll
Founder
Susan Driscoll, named one of the top 100 marketers by Ad Age, has a unique marketing perspective forged by her strong entrepreneurial spirit and extensive global brand marketing leadership. These experiences are the basis for her conviction that enduring brand connections are created through memorable and emotional experiences activated throughout the marketing strategy.
She spent more than a decade with The Coca-Cola Company before founding ignition in 1997 with her business partner and husband Dill. The pair founded the agency on their shared vision to make a positive difference in people’s lives. Powered by that positive mission and under their leadership, ignition established itself as the industry leader in activating and championing Sustainable Brand Experiences.
Susan began her marketing career at The Coca-Cola Company after earning her masters in marketing research from The University of Georgia. While at Coca-Cola, she led the team that introduced the 20-ounce Coca-Cola Contour Bottle in the United States and directed the marketing for Coca-Cola’s first sponsorship of the Olympic Torch Relay in 1996. Coca-Cola’s sponsorship of the Olympic Torch Relay, which is managed by ignition today, has become one of the world’s most recognized sponsorship activations.
Susan serves on the Road Less Traveled Ministry Board and The University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business Alumni Board.
