Doug Boles will lead business development in the Midwest and open ignition's Indianapolis office. Boles brings a wide variety of strategic business experience to ignition, having most recently served as chief operating officer/co-owner of Panther Racing LLC. As a founding partner of Panther Racing, Boles was instrumental in Panther's success as one of the most winning teams in IRL history. Before his Panther Racing days, Boles spent two years in the Indiana House of Representatives Republican Caucus. From there, he managed PR for Steve Goldsmith, then Marion County's chief prosecutor. When Goldsmith ran for Mayor of Indianapolis, Boles was again called upon to handle his public relations. When Goldsmith won the Mayorship, Boles came aboard as director of governmental and corporate affairs.
